Safi Direct will endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours, to arrive to arrive to our UK customers within 7 working days.
If an item happens to be out of stock, we will tell you when it is coming back in and when we expect it to arrive. Hopefully you won’t mind waiting…in which case we will happily reserve the item for you.
The delivery service normally requires a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of an alternative delivery address such as a neighbours address.

Overseas Orders
We are happy to take orders from overseas customers. If you wish to place an order which requires overseas delivery please email us directly at enquiries@safidirect.com stating the item(s), number you wish to purchase, delivery address you require it to be delivered to and by when. Having received this information we will contact you directly with an Overseas Delivery price. Alternatively, if you wish to source your own courier, once again contact us on enquiries@safidirect.com with the couriers details and pick up time/date and we can organise any necessary arrangements.
There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of the goods, for which Safi Direct are not liable.
