Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions cover the sale of Safi Direct products contained on this website. Please read these carefully before using the website and also read our privacy policy regarding your personal information.

By placing an order with Safi Direct you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as set out below. If you would like to discuss these please contact customer services by emailing customerservices@safidirect.com

Basis of Sale

When you click on “Confirm your order” at the checkout, you are offering to buy the goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions.

If your order is accepted, you will be notified of this soon after you submit your order by clicking “Purchase”. As the confirmation is sent to you automatically, an error may have been made of which we are not aware despite our best efforts. We therefore retain the right to cancel the order.

Delivery of Order

We will endeavour to dispatch all items within 5 working days of the “acknowledgement of order” email. We will make you aware of any circumstances that may cause a delay.

Your order will be delivered to you by one of our selected logistics partners. The standard delivery charge to a UK address is £4.95 per order, unless stated. Certain areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles) will incur additional charges and items can take longer to be delivered.

At present we cannot accept orders to overseas addresses.

Product Descriptions & Pricing

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, colours and prices are correct.
As most items are hand made from natural materials there will be variations from item to item due to their originality. Colours shown may vary depending on the natural products from which they are sourced as well as the settings of your monitor, software or printer. Please pay particular attention to those products that are detailed as Hand Wash Only.

All measurements given are approximate.

In the event that a Safi Direct product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or error in pricing information,

Safi Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at an incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card charged.

Returning/Cancelling Goods

Cancellation notice: under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item. You may cancel your order by emailing us at customerservices@safidirect.com at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase.

Where goods have already been despatched, they must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging within 28 days to the return address shown below. Please ensure items are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not damaged or lost in transit, as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us.

Please note that refunds will only be given provided we receive a completed returns form. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Upon receipt of the goods as described, Safi Direct will credit the purchaser with the purchase price, less any handling charge that may be applicable. Safi Direct will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carrier.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

General

No order is binding on you or Safi Direct until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the delivery service, or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later. All prices are subject to change without notice. Sales on this website are governed by laws of England and Wales and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
